Board ingredients are subject to change based on seasonal availability. All fine meats featured at The Boardroom are made on the premises under our brand, Ryan Creek Root Cellar. Those interested in purchasing meat by the pound are invited to drop by and purchase from our tasting room deli (Thurs/Fri/Sat 5:00-10:30) , or find our booth at the Henderson Center Farmers Market in Eureka and the Farmers Market in Fortuna.

The Big Cheese

This cheese-centric board makes "turophiles" and vegetarians extremely happy. It features five cheeses which are on constant rotation, but you'll need to visit The Boardroom to see "what's good" on any given day. 

The Chairman of the Board

​

“The Chairman of the Board” is a massive new menu option featuring specialty meats, multiple cheeses, and perfectly paired accoutrements built to satisfy 4+ people. Ingredients will rotate regularly...and you might even spot a new meat on the board from time to time.

The Dessert Board

Dark and Milk Chocolate by Humboldt Chocolate Co,  Farm-style Cheddar, European Cookies, Blackberry Habanero Jam  by Diane Sweet Heat, honey and seasonal fruit.  

Sunday Brunch Menu

We serve a regularly rotating mix of sweet and savory crepes, coffee, tea, mimosas, and juice every Sunday. This is addition to our regular "board menu" described above. The kitchen closes at 2:30, so we look forward to seeing you for brunch and lunch this Sunday.
